New OEM Flexure Optic Mounts from Siskiyou

The new IXFti series optic mounts are modified versions of Siskiyou its popular IXFi monolithic flexure mounts.  This new variation incorporates the same features as the IXFis but has the tip/tilt adjustments moved to create top-adjusted flexure.  This new feature is ideal for applications where accessibility to the mount is limited and our standard model can’t be accessed.  Built into the top-adjustment mechanism is a simple split-clamp lock for the 100TPI adjustment screws. These locks work best when they are preloaded prior to adjustment, adjustment made, then locked in place.

These Siskiyou mounts use 100TPI rolled thread adjustment screws for low stiction fine adjustments and are swaged at the end to prevent over-travel of the mount. The IXFti series mounts from Siskiyou are manufactured from one solid piece of spring steel, then nickel plated so they will not corrode and can be used in ultraviolet laser environments. These models are also available in aluminum versions as a lower cost option.  Aluminum models exhibit the same performance specifications as the steel models.  Custom OEM configurations are available in the aluminum version only.
